A quick checklist to make your storage visit smooth and stress-free.

Before you arrive

  • Make a reservation

    Contact us by phone or email before coming. Walk-ins without reservation cannot be accepted.

  • Bring your passport

    Passport is required for both check-in and check-out. No exceptions.

  • Check service hours

    We are open 08:30–22:30, every day. Please plan your pick-up time accordingly - no carry-in or carry-out outside these hours.

  • Confirm your bag count

    Up to 3 bags per person. Let us know the number when you reserve.

On the day

  1. Arrive at Shin-Osaka Use the east gate exit
  2. Walk 150m to Big Wheel Show passport at check-in
  3. Leave bags & explore Namba · Osaka-jo · Kyobashi
  4. Return & pick up Before 22:30 · show passport

  • Cash, valuables, passports

  • Same-day only - no overnight storage
  • Re-entry after check-out is charged again
  • We are not responsible for lost items or schedule delays
